"Life is adventure, not predicament."

So on my ongoing quest to make the best of things while daddy is away, I extended our Colorado trip.
We are no longer going the airport route, we are hittin' the road.
Route 66 style.
See Kyan is a HUGE Cars fan.
I mean everywhere we go, he has something Lightening McQueen in hand.
He pretends to be Lightening and always wants me to play Sally.
So what would Sally do to make Lightening happy?
Take him for a nights stay at the Cozy Cone!!!



This is the info I found that sealed the deal for me...

The Cozy Cone Motel's design is based on the two Wigwam Motels along Rt. 66; in Holbrook Arizona and Rialto, California. These were once two out of seven motels, with individual cabins shaped like tepees. Another motel from the chain survives in Cave City, KY. The name "Cozy Cone" was inspired by the Cozy Dog Drive-In of Springfield, IL, which lays claim to being birthplace of the corn dog.
